Took my brother in law to lunch and he suggested this place. I never knew it was there. The portions are generous, food was good and prices are fair. The menu is kinda limited but there's something for most everyone. The service was friendly and helpful. The only negative things I could say is that the chairs were uncomfortable and if they are busy it can be kinda loud. Regardless, I would go back again.

This place is so noisy it was hard to hear each other at our table. Food was okay, but beware the menu they show on Google isn't up to date, so if you think you're going to be ordering something you saw online you'll find they don't serve that item anymore. The actual menu is very limited IMHO, compared to the online menu.

I am a local and had high hopes for this place. Came in Sunday the 19th 12:45. A large group had just left. The waiter decided his priority was clearing the table and didn't even greet me or bring me a menu or ask if I wanted anything to drink. I walked out and decided on Brickies. Perhaps customer service should be a priority? There was only a few occupied tables who either had menus or food. 2nd visit was fast service and a good burger. However I did want breakfast and they stop serving breakfast at 2pm.

Hands down the best burger I've had in a long time. It was so nice and juicy, not dry at all, and seasoned perfectly.

Stopped here on a whim while out and about and do not regret it one bit. Place was pretty busy being handled by only one bartender and one server and they were crushing it. We sampled a few appetizers (trash can nachos, potato skins, and a pretzel with cheese) which were excellent. Definitely recommend.

You’re lucky to have Juan on your staff. We almost walked out because the person greeting us said “kitchen closes in 5 minutes, do you know what you want”? Not hello, not welcome in….that’s literally how we were greeted. Juan took over for her and we really enjoyed everything. The pretzel, skins and that wonderful Asian salad. You never know what’s happened in someone’s day. Remind your staff that kindness goes a long way.

Food and staff was always awesome and polite, but was disappointed for the 2nd week in a row about 'Happy Hour' was no longer 7 days a week and only M-F. The website still states that it's every day and why we've come here multiple times on the weekends.

Surprisingly good food for a small bar. Fish and chips was a bit pricey, but well battered and cook. Breading was not too think, and really crispy.

There were 7 of us about 2 p.m. on a Sunday. Service was great. Our waitress was on top of it her name was Aleyce im pretty sure that's how you spelled it.

The Truckee River Bar and Grill always had good food. It was dated but good. This place has a really cool updated vibe. We had a great time and the food was yummy. We will certainly be going back.

I enjoyed my Fried Zucchini and mushrooms with marinara and ranch. They serve beyond meat burgers that I am thankful of. It's delicious and the fries was so good too! The service was excellent! He was very pleasant and checks us if food is ok and refill my drink. The bar is not as crowded as any other place in Northwest Reno area. Me and my Fiancée will definitely go back! Thank you OSW! 😊

Have been here several times now and always have had a great experience. It's convenient for us and a great local stop. THANK YOU so much for having quality gluten free buns! These are my favorite burgers in town simply due to this. The staff is always super cheery and fun to our 5-year-old who calls it "the corn-dog place."

We had a great 👍 dinner tonight. The bbq wings were awesome but what really stood out was the brussel sprouts with bacon 🥓. Not my first choice of a vegetable but wow, they were really good. Out party of 4 enjoy our dinners and the staff (short handed, but who isn't these days) was wonderful and helped make our experience top notch. We will be back!

It was love at first sight! After watching the construction for months I was so excited to hear they are open and to get to go check it out. It is absolutely beautiful inside! The staff were all super friendly. We sat at the bar since we had only gone for drinks but I was really impressed with the options on both the food and drink menus. We will definitely be back!
